Chris Swisher is an ICF certified coach, and Prosci® certified Change practitioner who enjoys helping clients build awareness and capacity. For over 20 years, Chris has facilitated experiential learning, leadership development, organization development, and change management initiatives for clients in a variety of industries including: federal government, for-profit, education, healthcare, international development, finance, hospitality, real estate, and not-for-profit arenas. Helping individuals and teams enhance strategic planning capabilities, increase self-awareness, and leverage process efficiencies toward mission objectives are his primary areas of expertise. With an enthusiastic and personable style, Chris enjoys partnering with diverse domestic and international constituencies at mid and senior organizational levels to creatively and pragmatically help clients with identifying, assessing, aligning, pursuing, and realizing their strategic, operational, and workforce development goals.

Chris is the Past-President/VP of the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network (CBODN), having served on the Board for over 4 years. He is also a member of the Organization Development Network (ODN), the International Organization Development Association (IODA), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Chris holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, has received his certificate to administer the Hogan Assessment, Diamond Power Index (DPI), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI Type I & II) and the Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 (EQ-i 2.0).

Chris earned a Master of Science Organization Development (MSOD) from American University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Virginia Commonwealth University.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys gardening, kayaking, and spending time with his family.
